Meal Solution Mondays at New Leaf
Tired of the making the same old meals? Get fresh ideas for easy-to-prepare, affordable, and nutritious main entrées at New Leaf Community Markets every Monday in the late afternoon. A different recipe is featured each week, from vegetarian, to vegan, to gluten-free, to meat dishes. Try a sample, get a recipe card, find out about gluten-free alternatives if applicable, and learn tips for preparation and leftovers. The featured recipe will be posted on the New Leaf Community Blog at every Monday, and on display in the stores. New Leaf Community Market, 150 San Mateo Rd, Half Moon Bay.

Food Pairings for Tea Time

Friday, March 15
Happy Hour with Darlene & Lighthouse String Band
Join us for a special Happy Hour featuring a wine tasting presented by Darlene de la Cerna of Classic Artisan Wines, and music by the Lighthouse String Band. This local favorite plays Irish and Scottish all acoustic, traditional music as well as beloved American old time tunes. A family-friendly event but you must be 21 years-plus to taste. New Leaf Community Day for HEAL Project
The HEAL project will receive 5% of the day’s total sales at New Leaf. The HEAL (Health Environment Agriculture Learning) Project is an award winning, hands-on program that instills healthy lifestyle habits in San Mateo County school children, while inspiring environmental and agricultural awareness through a comprehensive, interactive curriculum. Representatives will be on hand during the day. 8 am – 9 pm.
